Dusty pink in a modern bathroom

Description of the inspiration

Faded pink is no longer reserved for children's rooms or women's boudoirs. It is boldly making its way into new spaces, finding its way perfectly into austere concrete and glass surroundings. The modern bathroom is all about space and functionality. There are no superfluous ornaments, but there is a decisive accent. The wall is lined with small rectangular tiles in dusty pink. It is industrial, but different, with a hint of warmth and flair. The pastel colour and the light coming through the large window enliven the interior, which is dominated by shades of grey, white and silvery chrome.  It is also warmed by wooden accessories such as the laundry basket and the countertop under the washbasin. The focal point of the bathroom is a large, glass-enclosed walk-in shower cubicle with a modern STABILLA shower set.
